Dozens of blue troops under the Menteng Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Task Force, Central Jakarta were deployed to drain the water channel on Jalan Taman Suropati.
The progress so far has touched 65 percent or 260 meters long
"Draining work on Jalan Taman Suropati is up to 473 meters long by deploying 15 workers," expressed Menteng Sub-district SDA Executing Unit Head, Yopi Maidiza Siregar, Tuesday (11/15).
He explained that the channel itself has 473 meters long, one meter high, and 60 centimeters wide.

He added it has been ongoing since November 7, 2022, and was done as a follow-up to the arrangement of the area in Menteng Urban Village.
